Lumber Mills and Gaming

Starting out at Stanton Park in Canyonville. This ride exposes you to beautiful scenery, two small towns, rural living and the local economy in the forms of several lumber mills and a casino. You can ride this loop in either direction of course. Traveling clockwise will take you through Canyonville first. This way way also takes on the two climbs earlier in the ride and ends with the most scenic portion of the route. Riding the loop in a counter-clockwise direction takes you the scenic route to Riddle first. This way provides a fast decent towards the end into Canyonville where you can scout for a post-ride eatery. Start and finish at Stanton Park. There are bathrooms available at the park. You can also camp overnight. There are places to get food and water in both Riddle and Canyonville at local stores. Find yourself back in Canyonville at Stanton Park for overnight camping. For more comfort, stay at Seven Feathers Casino and have a swim in the pool or visit the spa. The casino offers a buffet or fine dining at their K Bar Restaurant. You can also wander into downtown Canyonville to find various places to eat and shop.
